rofl charm.. anyway, as i recall the 'laws' of © its, not a matter of remembering the "All images etc copyright ©2003 Your name, all rights reserved." look-a-like text on your work, actually just a matter of keeping the original files.. i even read somewhere thats before you can claim the right you have to be able to 'hold it in your hands' (thats how i recall it was written, thoose are my words though ) ... this meaning f.ex. burning the original file(s) out on a cd-rom.. then, and only then, do you have any right to sue anyone.. anyway, dont hang me up on this.. but im pretty sure thats the way it works.. *awaits the slapping of better knowing ppl* |
