You own the copyright of everything you make. Nothing to pay.

Keep an unflattened version with all your layers handy as proof you created it. Thats the best way to prove its yours.

You own the copyright of evrything you create, you made it its your...

There is to situation where you do notown the copytight of your work...

-You done this as an employe, then the copyrigth belong to your company not you, since you have been paid to make it. You can still claim to he work as your own (ex: your portfolio), but you cant claim right to it...

-You sold the rights, and like the preceding case, You can still claim to he work as your own (ex: your portfolio), but you cant claim right to it...

Just put "All images etc copyright ©2003 Your name, all rights reserved." That usually scares off most people whether you own the copyright or not. hahaha

but seriously i think http://dubtastic.com had some info on that in the tutorial section. The name of the article is "Getting Ripped".

That was just a joke, x-fusion, but "ripper people" should care about it because that's the line that makes it illegal and punishable by law to rip.

Second, why don't you actually check your link to see if it's actually a fricking site before linking people to it?

"Heres a site. I assume it has some relevance since the url sounds like it might be on topic. I'm off to finger a moose."

Sorry if I come off as angry, it just seems impotent to post something like that. Anyway, No, that site has no info about how to copyright something but rather how to legally reproduce other people's work, which is quite the opposite of what we try to do here at teamphotoshop.
