Ya know...I spend so much time reading fine print, it's not even funny. But since I'm still looking to make ends meet, and since I use online auctions to pay the bills, I can't afford to lose out. So I've reviewed this stuff for my own benefit.

And PayPal...well, working for them wouldn't be as good as making my own cash, and hanging out here on the forums with all you guys...:D

Cheers!

Zerimar... I love your attitude!
I have never experienced a prob with paypal..they are a great company..as long as you follow the rules! I used it on my adult site until it was no longer allowed..but have not had any problems with any of my other acounts (non-adult) since I have removed my non-adult stuff.
smooches all around and good luck to .02

New question.

I'm selling t-shirts on a different site of mine. Partrauma.

I've got everything set up and all, except ... I'm wondering how I will know who I'm supposed to send it to when someone buys one from my site. Will I recieve an e-mail that gives me details they fill out through PayPal? Or do I have to code everything in order to recieve that information?

Hey .02

PayPal will send you a notification with all of the details from the buyer. You'll know how much was paid, and the shipping cost, along with any insurance (if that's an option).

You will also have a link sent to you to access all of the detailed information on PayPal's site under your account per transaction.

One more thing. PayPal will also let you know if the sender of the money has a "confirmed" address. If the buyer has no "confirmed" address but is "unconfirmed" it only means that if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, PayPal will not cover you (as a seller) on those fees. So you may want to add a small disclaimer on your site stating that you cannot be held liable for any damage to items in transit once they leave your hands, so insurance can be an option.

Depending on which carrier you're going with for delivery, you can also look into confirmation or tracking numbers. I normally ship USPS Priority mail and considering your selling T-Shirts, I'm sure each one weighs less than a pound. That would be a standard cost for priority mail of $3.85. If you add a confirmation number for .45 cents, your cost will be $4.30, this will allow you to track a package and make sure it arrived safe and sound. If you ship USPS priority, you can open an account at the Online Post office store and all of the boxes in every size, and labels, and tape, are free!

As long as you ship priority mail, the boxes and stuff are free! They'll even ship your boxes if you order online for free, no shipping fees from the Post Office! Plus Priority mail only takes 2-3 days for delivery, without the cost being too high. If you go with FedEx or UPS you'll look at about the same cost for about a 5-7 day delivery. But as you may know by now, customer satisfaction is the best!

Good product fast shipment, gets the word out and repetitive customers. I hope this helps you out a bit.

Cheers!
