yeah i use IE but people told me that safari for the MAC blows everything away, havent seen it at work though. I want to try a differnt wrowser, im leaning towards opra seen all of you like it. What ever happen to netscape ? how is version 6? |

IE... I like opera to... but I often go for I e instead... kind like reflex... |

All of you that use IE "just because" should really try opera or firebird, or safari or chimera if you're on a Mac. Browsers are moving way beyond IE, which is going to be the exact same for the next 3 or 4 years while all of the other browsers improve....

OK, since this isn't my computer, I have a couple questions about obtaining Opera. Does it try to take over your computer like IE does? When I install it, I just want it to be another program on my computer. I don't want it to become my default browser, or default e-mail client, or any other sh!t like that. And I want to be able to uninstall it easily and completely. And I don't want it to take up that much space. And while I'm at it, I want a pony and world peace. So all you Opera-goers, does Opera meet my demands? tom |
