I got an electric shaver for my birthday, best things in the world! It's like NL's but without cream, i put the cream on afterwards! :D I'd go electric anyday.

But yeah, I get very irritated skin in the throat area, and it hurts like **** to shave.

I use an electric thingie, philishave something something. It's ok, I guess, but maybe the blades are getting old or something, because they very often pull the hairs instead of cutting them...especially if I haven't shaven in a couple of days, and the hairs are long.

I hate shaving. But I love smooth skin afterwards. :D
And yeah, aftershave does burn....

I shave with a regular razor with gillette shaving cream. then after, just wash my face off with water. no aftershave. my skin is nice, soft and smooth afterwards. ::shrug:: I don't see why you need aftershave...
