Any one snowboard here?

Oh...I went to Beaver Creek this last winter. It was so much better than this crappy snow over here. I love the Starbucks Brownies! :p

I haven't gone skiing in a loooong time. Even if we get snow where I live, it gets turned into brown sludge at the end of the day. :p Damn cars, they never go away.

I've been riding since '95. My first time was at Copper Mtn. - it was rough. Since then, I've ridden most of Wyoming and Colorado - never Vail though. Either Vail or Aspen wouldn't allow boarders until about a year ago. bastards. I'm preparing to conquer Utah this winter. Haven't gone up yet, but I have a condo reserved for the 18th - 19th at Brianhead Resort (Southern Utah) - I'm so stoked I could wet myself.

I need a new board though - I ride a Santa Cruz 147 now, but it's too stubby for freeriding, I used to do more freestyle, but now I'm too old. (Too many concussions running over amateur skiiers, too.) I've had sticks from Burton and Sims, too - be sure to lock up your board - I've had 2 of them jacked!

my boards were ripped off in Wyoming, a little joint called Snowy Range Ski Resort outside of Laramie. - I went to college there. Grew up in Wyo & Colorado - used to live in Fort Collins and Greeley. I live in Vegas now, not alot of snow here, needless to say. - but Utah is good and close!

how was the powder this weekend?

The snow was ok.. little icy and bare in some places. The thing that pissed me off was all the fukn tourists and little rat bustard kids who just fly down out of control. We should be getting dumped on tomorrow and wed. Massive storm coming in from the west. If we get enough I'm going up all of thur and Friday to breck or keystone. I then may go up to vail on tue next wk.

I snowboard, only I do it on water--we call it a wakeboard actually....
