How do you create those little frames that look so sweet like the one at this site?

iFrames work in IE3.0 and up, Netscape 6 and up, and Opera 6. They do NOT work in Netscape 4.7 or anything older than that.

This is my favorite iFrame tutorial...

Yes, it sucks. It is the reason for 90% of every web site compatibility problem. It supports pretty much *nothing* and there is nearly always a problem with your site when viewed by it. Even if you code to standards and so forth, it still won't work in Netscape. It is the devil. It is pretty much to the point that I don't even care about it anymore. It is holding back the rest of the internet, and it is ridiculous. I wouldn't worry about it unless you are doing a very large site for a high profile client. Actually any client..... But for personal sites I wouldn't worry about it. The only people I personally know that use netscape 4.7 or earlier are my grandparents. and that's just because they don't know how to upgrade to a new version.
