tag for the text so the class defined in the tag is for my pics and the

tag is for formatting my text so now what do i do from here?

HTML is processed in your posts so it appears as your post looks like now.

if you're using tables for instance:

<td>
TEXT
</td>

is how it would look. to apply the style you would add the class="STYLE" variable in the <td> tag, like so:

<td class="STYLE">
TEXT
</td>

[edit] umm can you like, replace the < with another letter because I can't view what you just wrote XP

(had to take a peek at the forum's source to figure out what u said :p)

anyway, your <span> tag sould be like <span class="PICTURESTYLE"> (not sure if span supports the class variable) and the <p> tag should be <p class="TEXTSTYLE">

I read the tutorial, but I'm having trouble visualizing your problem, can you link me to your site so I can see what's the problem there?

Ok now just imagine tags in there where they look like they should go. there sre parenthesis towards the bottom but it was taking to long to replace the carrots so i replaced them with spaces instead.
