HTML is processed in your posts so it appears as your post looks like now. if you're using tables for instance: <td> TEXT </td> is how it would look. to apply the style you would add the class="STYLE" variable in the <td> tag, like so: <td class="STYLE"> TEXT </td> [edit] umm can you like, replace the < with another letter because I can't view what you just wrote XP |

(had to take a peek at the forum's source to figure out what u said :p) anyway, your <span> tag sould be like <span class="PICTURESTYLE"> (not sure if span supports the class variable) and the <p> tag should be <p class="TEXTSTYLE"> |

I read the tutorial, but I'm having trouble visualizing your problem, can you link me to your site so I can see what's the problem there?

Ok now just imagine tags in there where they look like they should go. there sre parenthesis towards the bottom but it was taking to long to replace the carrots so i replaced them with spaces instead. td width="164" span class="leftmenu" p a class="mouseover" href="SiteUpdates.html" Site Updates /a br a class="mouseover" href="UpcomingGames.html" Upcoming Games /a br a class="mouseover" href="SubmitNews.html" Submit News /a /p br br br img src="images/tiberiansunheader.jpg" br p a href="#" Units /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Buildings /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Multiplayer Strategies /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Mods /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Submit Mods /a br a href="#" Firestorm /a br a href="#" Story Line /a /p br br br br br br br img src="images/ra2header.jpg" br p a href="#" Units /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Buildings /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Multiplayer Strategies /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Mods /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Submit Mods /a br a class="mouseover" href="#" Story Line /a /p br (br) (br) (br) (br) (br) (img src="images/yuriheader.jpg")(br) (p)(a class="mouseover" href="#")Units(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Buildings(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Multiplayer Strategies(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Mods(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Submit Mods(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Story Line(/a)(/p)(br) (br) (br) (br) (br) (br) (img src="images/renegadeheader2.jpg" border="0" align="top")(br) (p)(a class="mouseover" href="#")Characters(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Weapons(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Multiplayer Strategies(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")mods(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#")Submit Strategies(/a)(/p) (br)(br)(br)(br)(br)(img src="images/extrasheader2.jpg" align="top")(br) (p> (a class="mouseover" href="#">Submit Screen Shots(/a)(br) (a class="mouseover" href="#">Submit Mods (a class="mouseover" href="#">Downloads(/a)(/p)(br) (br> (br> (br> (/span> (img src="images/sidebarend.jpg"> (/td) that was the leftmenu of my site as you can see all you had to do was place the class attribute in the (a) tag like normal i dont know why it didnt work the first two times i tried it but thats what works |
