We've established that CypheredFX is, "Dreamweaver Challenged" hence me posting a HTML file for the taking. :D

On his way, just double click the file and it will install himself.

When it's installed you open dreamweaver, go to commands and click 'dHTML AP Scrollable Area'.

if someone could just give me a code that would be amazing. I have dreamweaver, but I am HTML illiterate. I just need something I could copy and paste for a scrollbar. But the scroll bar that's like in the middle of the page
