Help, custom shapes

Hello everyone, new here and lookin for some help. How can I import esp vector images into my custom shapes? and or how can i create a csh file format so it can be imported into my shapes? :confused:

BTW, good question. I'd like to know the answer too. So any help will be appreciated.

open the esp with photoshop
Go to Edit > and which procedure you want it will automatically add the brush/pattern/shape into your presets just follow it's lead from there.
