Just incase you don't know, Photoshop has this nifty little feature, goto File>Save for Web.. and optimize your files, this is going on the internet and not everyone wants to wait for a 503k file to download.. you should be able to get it under 200k easily, probably under 100k with out compromising quality...

Optimize any image you intend to put on the net.

I like his, although I believe he shouldn't have covered up the earth so much. The face just doesn't belong.
