just to help you a little save your text as a button. (f8) double click it to get the up/over/down/hit stage click on the over state and insert a new key frame. now click on your graphic and make it into a movi clip (f8) double click to bring up the layers on your movie clip. now you are set just make the animation and it will work |

That's for rollon. If you'd like to do rolloff you will need to put the button inside a movie clip and give it the action "Rolloff - play" and then put an animation afterwards. |

Maxis, This used to puzzle me as well until I read the manual via F1! When you're at the manual, just search for rollover, or buttons - and when you learn the steps of making a button, just follow it the same way for text. Hope this helps. |
