Is this done with FLASH?

Hello folks,

First time here, you guys are really good!! congrats.

I have a question, I would like to know if any of you would know how to do this effect. LOOK

Take a look at the rollover effect at the very top of the page, next to the logo (IN THEARES | TIMES & TICKES...) and so on.

Any Idea how that cool effect is done?

those are indeed flash. If you ever have a question about whether its flash, just point your mouse on the object and right click. It will say its flash if it is.

DO you know how is made?

They're just simple buttons, with rolloff effects.

Learn flash before asking.

You could also do that with an animated gif without having to use Flash.

You just make a GIF of the button, then an animated GIF that makes the text blink. Then do a mouseover in javascript to switch the GIF with the animated one. It would probably be easier than using flash to do it.
