I think a few are listed above. Since HTML and like other scripting languages are pretty basic, the free editors are actually very nice. I have used arachnophilia and liked it just fine. All you really need is color coding and maybe syntax.

Have you tried Adobe GoLive? I don't use Dreamweaver, so I don't know what you dislike about the GUI. You can download a free trial here.
