Missing ProPhoto RGB and Mini Bridge in CS5 version 12.0.4??

I am missing the ProPhoto RGB in the Color Settings in Photoshop CS5.

Also the Mini Bridge in Photoshop CS5 just shows Waiting for Bridge, but never retrieves anything.

When u open Color Setting dialog box for the first time it shows only fewer options.. in order to see ProPhoto RGB u have to into More Options mode.. click (More Options) button in the right side of the dialog box & now u'll able to see it
