Stroke Path Going Weird

Hi everybody, i need some help with my pen tool. For some reason when i stroke path i get a weird gradient effect, take a look:

Step 4 (Brush settings, because thats what i stroke the pen path with)

Try turning off 'Simulate Pressure'. That is, uncheck that box in step 2.

See if that solves the problem.
