New layout

ok i added in swoop's and snaf's ideas, and i think it looks alot better now. thanks guys for the suggestions. im gonna work on the other parts of the site as well, see what can add.

i also added the shout box in there for anyone who wants to leave a message. :D

but still I think if u went for trendy design- it lacks something on the left...it could be some trendy 3d logo (but logo will look beter above the crystal...) OR more trendiness should be added to the left(just not crystal...more like navigation needs improvement or sumething - I think navigation buttons that would go with the design will fix that emptiness)!
