Had some extra time....

I had some extra time so i decided to make myself a little personal webpage aside from the business web company of mine....anyways.....just tell me what you like and dont like...and what i should change.....thanks...

I Like, what'd you do to make the grid have a few squares brighter than the others (on the splash page)? I see it all the time but have never been able to duplicate.

quite simple really.....all i did was make one layer with the grid on it.....and then make a new layer....take the airbrush....and go over some of the squars....If that helps explain it any...

no one else wants to say anything?????

i like your splash...but kinda small...

the text looks kinda big ( the one at "home" )...maybe you can make them smaller?

regarding your navigation...some of the texts are hard to read...
"graphics design" looks sort of squash together...

nevertheless, i like the way you do your bevel....are they done with lighting effects?

looks like a feathered selection on top of a solid selection to me..not much lighting going on

i cant imagine doing that by feathering?

Most of it was done with a lot of airbrushing actually...and i gaussian blurred it....and then added some drop shaddow to it but i think you could do it with some lighting effects if you wanted to.....thanks for the comments...and im working on a new splash right now....its a bit bigger.....and again thanks for all the comments...

ok...i made a few changes...and all the pages are up now...so let me know if this is any better of if i should just scrap the font that i used in the nav all together.....or if i should make a different splash....let me know what you guys think......
