For once, a layout im pretty sure i want to go through with :D

The desc. in the image says it all (ie personal space) for uploading.....well whatever i feel like. I want it to be very minimal and open (for ex. having the nav in the middle of the header lol ).

About the header, well the orb...well i dunno. I just needed something in there (note graphic checks failed "ideas" post ) and it was fun to paint. But the title...i really want that in your face, as a piece of the design, not just a title.

Also its still an experiment right now.....so i may upload a whole bunch of diff. versions/change stuff.

C&C for....well whatevers there (its simple, but i think still has a sexy vibe)

I love it man... maybe throw in a suttle patter or something in the bg so its not so plain/bland. Other than that though I think its great

I'm with fusion, maybe a VERY LIGHT pattern would look good. Sweet layout, simple but sexy. ;)

About a bg pattern, well im usually against them. But i tried a very minimal crosshatch on the bg...and i have to say it works well. When i did a side by side (with pattrn & w/ out) it seems to tone down the intensity of the bg which puts more focus on the layout.

somewhere under humor i think. I havnt quite decided on the final navigation ( i may have a tutorial section or something else) so well have to see.

no idea :D . Maybe thumbnails of recent uploads, maybe i'll hook up my cam and have a "WIP CAM".........ppl could peek in and see what im currently doing in PS lol. Really no idea. I'll have to think more.


Edit: I wanted to have the nav icon based (id leave the text also...i just wanna play with icons) but im not sure if that would fit now as i like the relationship between the nav and the title (line wise). I made these cool green glowing kinda icons originally.

Tried a different header. Also i evened out the line spacing on either side of the "y" and instead of "This.this.com".........i turned the dots into bullets, like an ordered list. I think it looks way better.

also the 2nd image has a slight crosshatch pattern.
