rate my soon to be site

i cahnged it from bands to browse so noone gets confused and i need the space to the left thats why they are stacked.. and they both have seperate arrows because they are seperate features.


please look at these 2 and help me decide. i like the first but the guy im designing this for said he liked the second.
i personally think the second one would go better with a dark green than a dark blue background

it got better. i like the grey background you used. here's another suggestion.

where your content would be, dont just leave that as type in the window.. make a bunch of text boxes (maybe like the one under "Top 10 Songs" but with a TITLE BOX on the top and u can arrange them in cool positions so that it grabs the attention of the reader. well im off. peace.

I like the second color better, and I still think that it's confusing to have the search and browse button so close together and stacked on top of each other.

and ill see what i can do about those "search and browse" text buttons deker.. perhaps underlining them or seperating them or boxing them in or just turning them into graphic buttons all together..

as for psuser i dont think the intent is to have the website "jump at you" if you are busy looking at the design "jump at you" then you wont really look or read the content. also i do not have the skills to make anything like the teamphotoshop page or wasted youth, and neither do u because as i recall you came to this site about 3 to 4 days after i did..... anyways next time you reply give me a tip to spice it up and if you dont like it and dont want to leave a tip then please dont reply and make me waste my time reading a pointless post. sorry if i sound harsh that was not my intent.
