For the first - I pretty much agree with deker - too many words I really like the logo of the cofee thing  . Why not use a sack texture for the bg? you know - like the sacks they carry cofee beans into... otherwise - it could use a frame... at least around the content area.. [edit]= sorry = I don't know what happened ^
