that is really good. I really like this. The wall is damn nice, keep it, don't go adding vectors silly o_O

This is what we would call the "opposite of trendwhore" meaning any vector shape would be out of place

VERY fast loading. I like that.

One thing I dont like however. The fact that you have to click two different things to get to the fullsize pic.. that is annoying. Might wanna reconsider, but otherwise I think it's awesome.. keep it up, and welcome back from the dead :D

edit: Oh dude, may I say that your photography is absolutely BRILLIANT... brilliant I say

It took me a while to find that I could click for fullsize - loading thumbnails one by one is not typical - but thats good. Maybe some small instructions would be nice and not too intrusive.

I love "the shining".

The reason why i did the small thumbnail is because it saves me bandwidth. Some people can tell if they do or dont want to see the full pic just by a thumbnail, and it also would make it have no reason for the picture frame at all. Also it helps out the 56kers and can pick and choose if they want to view the high res version, although i tried to keep all my pictures around 60k or less.

um... it helps the 56kers??

your site loads incredibly fast, you don't have to make it any less straining on their modems because even on 56k it's going fast as hell (i assume) :D

the texture on the background is a photo, tweaked of course, thats why it looks so real =). About the 56kers, its better to open a 2k html file rather than a 50k image everytime you click a link, saves a lot of time and they have the choice if they want to spend that time.
