I like it, it's good, I like the choice of colors, it's very nice, adds a lot more life than the last one.

one thing i dont like is the logo which now looks like crap. both the text part and hte graphical pyramid thing.

another thing is that instead of contact for the main area, you have links to the parts of the site, which already are at the top right. it's redundant. why not use that space to provide a bio for the site?
and again, links at the bottom... why bother?

other than that I think it looks nice.. good job
