No 1024x768 for me, just 1280x960. And I'm too lazy to change it now, I will later.

You don't seem to have any forethought in your actions. What resolution are you pitching at? (yes it is a trick question). Don't design for one resolution, this marks you out as strictly amateur. As a rule sites should be CSS based (at least standards compliant in most areas), whilst you have provided no coding it seems obvious that the layout is not CSS orientated (not always a bad thing). Other popular techniqes include 'liquid designs' (also refer to first point on CSS for liquid design). Others go for the 744x410px (this measurement also takes into account Mac Browser widths at 800x600) and either centre justify or left justify the main body. It should be pointed out that it is now pretty conventional to allow users to scroll below the 410 to a limitless depth (although imho it should never be above 800-1000px) however primary navigation should be focused on the 410 and above figure, by all means go ahead and include nav elements on the bottom but always design for your major copy to go 'above the fold'.

It seems slightly disingenuous to use a pixel font as the main body font for the site. Do you plan on using a page only script to call upon a font for a temp period? or do you plan on hoping that all visitors will have the font you propose. If the former then fine. Otherwise it may be more true to provide the body text of the site in the font that the end user will see.

Aesthetically I would change the large pixel font "JTPRODUCTIONS" and replace it with something *errrm* more discreet and sublime.

BTW have you got anti-aliased pixel fonts? they look a little blurry and out of focus. It is sometimes worth noting that most pixel fonts look good from about 8px upwards (some come with detailed instructions on theit size usage etc) - but ALWAYS turn aliasing off on the status bar.

The blend/montage betwen the bicycle and the brickwork is a little harsh, perhaps the intended effect but for my tastes a softer transition would be preferable.

Sorry for rambling (began to nod off myself at the end)

I see...yea I am amateur, I'm 18, and this is just an image sketch, once everything is put together, it will be a centered table. I actually like the font for JTProductions, what do you suggest? Most "stock" fonts would like horrible in that place. That "blend" between the bike and the brickwork isn't a blend...that is the whole picture. The guy is doing and abubuca (stall on the back tire) against a brick wall face. There are only two pictures in the whole thing.

The resolution is a good point as I haven't been able to work this out yet. How do I go about adjusting for browser capability? I never really saw a good way how to do this, if you can show me a good way, then I will be glad to hear it.

Those pixel fonts, I agree also aren't the best, but I can't find any true really good pixel fonts that are clear. Again, someone have a place to get them?

I guess I'm just frustrated, because personally, I think I am getting better at designing and my pages look pretty good, definatly not the best, but are solid designs, and some people here never seem to like them because they aren't trendy.
