It looks pretty cool now! I like the graphic, but, so you don't have extra scrolling on small pages, I suggest you make your logo a border (as it looks ;) ) and position the navbar to the right. You can do this by putting a single-pixel GIF (transparent, mind you) and stretching its width some.
Overall, better than I can do.
