hello i thought id show my site and board to yall, im not a great graphic designer but here it is

pheer the bevel style

font you use for your navigation is very difficult to read.

1. I agree with redeye, the navigation is hard to read.
2. You're changing the way the layout looks as you go down levels, not a good idea.
3. You've got a lot of graphics so it makes the pages load slow.
4. If you're going to use all those graphics, clean them up a little bit, especially on the navigation buttons, jagged edges.
5. You have a good concept of using "white space".

good i wasnt the first to say it was bevelicious.. also the portfolio button doesnt go anywhere?
and on the main page.. the top right graphic. and nav bar.. dont quite align

Yeah i think xchain and redeye pretty much said everything that i was going to say...

1. Work on the beveling (personally i dont like it)
2. The content area is way to small compared to the rest of the site.
3. I would really work on the quality of the graphics they are really jagged especially the navigation buttons.
4. The navigation buttons text is really hard to read compared the surrounding colors, shapes, etc...

I think if you were to work on those things it would look pretty decient.... :D

thanks for the input i needed some feedback yeah i think the beveling is crap but i didnt want anything flat plus what you mean by white space like the use of not making the site to croweded? or what the buttons i dont know why that jagged white stuff is there its not the matte color it only did that when i deleted part of the selection and then filled it dunno why though

what you mean by the top right graphic and nav bar dont align? i made them align perfectly inless its your browser i dont know

plus about the news area being to small if i could make that interface tile i would do something about it but i cant make the interface tile at all in less yall have some input on that and how to make it tile the way i want it.

i hate your site but i love the forum on it

Sure, people are like "eww bevel" but I really like it.. I don't know what everyones beef is with the bevel.. Awesome site dude Ilove it.
