yeah... i ment to state in my response that i didnt really like the blue/pink/blurry one, but the Version 3 one is awesome... :D

I would lose the arrows on either side of the navigation bar. They have no purpose and are just distracting. I would also not underline the title text because it looks like a link. The navbar also looks the same as the header text, so you can't easily tell which is the navbar and which is the title.

The shoutbox looks like crap. I would drop it completely or at least offset it by putting it on a white background or have a border around it. And label the form fields. They look too random without labels.

I like the butterfly in the middle. That's the best part of the page. The rest just doesn't fit. I would remove the random gradient things to the left. They don't really match the rest of the site.

and i'd lose the bevel or drop shadow or whatever it is around the content area. just leave it as a 1 pixel border or something.
