The first two things I noticed, apart from the fact that theyre almost identical, is the fact that the 2px groove is a little blurred on theirs (could just be optimization blurring?) and that the highlight is brighter.

Well my policy stands.
If they did not steal the graphic and they actually made it themselves it is not a rip. I still think the owner of that site is very wrong for leaving it up. Any site with any kind of respect would have just removed it. No questions asked.

And I still think it's actually stolen (just a bit modified).

But that is why I posted this. Because I'm pissed off about it so my judgement is probably not the best. So other eyes looking at it helps me out.

It is EXACTLY the same as yours. I can't believe people could be that messed up to completely steal it.
