Its obviously not the same, his is purple on the inside. And, like you said, both yours and his, are based off of the Sony logo. So, I hate to break it to ya, but there is nothing to you can do. You can't sue him, and you can't ask him to give you credit, because the logo wasn't even yours in the first place. I understand it was an exercise from another forum, but really, what do you expect him to do? Say, thanks for the idea of the reflection in the ball? Do you think I can take the Nike swoosh, put some cool reflection in it, put it up on my webpage as an "exercise", then get mad when someone else copies it, and then changes the color?

one last post to try and explain a bit better why I'm reacting like this:

Yes it is a copy of the ericson/sony logo, and I've never tried to hide that, but in this case I built it from scratch (pen tool/gradients etc...) and put some personnal effects in it! If this guy had done approximativly the same graphik after seeing mine, the point wouldn't at all be the same! The point is that he just took my graphik (he found it at deviantart where I had stored it), and just changed the dominant color, and put his name on it where mine was!
He didn't do it from scrap, he just took it and signed it, and I don't think that's right.
