I am trying to find different web hosting companies that have plans under or around 15$ per month and have a decent reptutation.... any come to mind please let me know.

There's MediaTemple, which hosts TeamPS, k10k and many others. 100 MB of space, 10 GB transfer for $16 is one of their plans.

My host, Linux Web Host (http://www.linuxwebhost.com), I'm satisfied with. Been with them for a couple of years now. The transfer rates aren't that great, but I've never gone over, even with my Disney site which has 100's of 100 KB+ pictures, 160+ pages, runs phpBB and all kinds of other stuff. Of course it only gets about 100-150 hits a day.
