Please Please help me?? Why is save for web not working

l I went to save my image. I click to save for web, but it isnt clickable...it's greyed out. Whats up with that? Can anyone help on this?

I was searching for this answer too. Sometimes we don't know we are double posting as it takes forever to search this site looking for the correct answer and half the time I can't find it, so I post a question that I didnt know was similar. I click on search box and put a few words that pertain to what the problem is and have to go through so many pages to even find one or two problems that are even similar to mine (usually never that are what I am looking for exactly). This whole experience with PS CS4 has been draining. Now I find out Image Ready is not even on CS4 and they say I need it after saving to web and slicing etc. I am so frustrated.
