Hello, Im doing a emial message form on my site and for my textarea and my input fields, I have a CSS style for both. My problem is that when I increase the width of my settings in my style sheet to make my text areas wider, my submit button grows too. Ive tried to just adjust the width of the submit button but no cigar. Is there any way to say that for just the submit button, I dont want the CSS style to be applied to it? Thanks a lot, appreciated! Adam |

What are you using for your styles, "inline" or external styles sheets? Try making two seperate styles, one for your text areas and one for your buttons, this way you can control the sizes. Let me know if this helps or not. Maybe send the code so I can look at what you're doing.

I figured it out...I just used an external style and had an input part that changed all my text fields the color and style I wanted, then I made an alttext class style with my other settings and just inserted that class with my search button. Works like a charm. Its pretty much what you said xchanin, thanks!! :D

I used to work for Rawhide Search Solutions but I got laid off a couple of weeks ago due to cut-backs.
