Drop down menus on this main page???

Hi...I just like to know how to make those drop down menus on the main page of this site??? I know you could download coolmenus from dhtmlcentral.com but could you create them using tables and CSS??? Thanks.

Read the FAQ section at the bottom of the list of forums. It's in the same grouping as the 'Misc.' section.

The FAQ page is locked to me. Is there a way of getting in? I though it was only for the special people like Mods and site creators.

You should still be able to read everything, it's just 'locked' to prevent posting there. It's a Read-only forum.
