Including a forum

I have created a forum with some sites generator and its being hosted on their server but i need to either include links back to my main site in the forum, or display my navigation bar on the top of the forum. I can't find any place in the administration panel to add links, and when i try to build a framed site the forum pulls the entire page to its address rather than appearing in its frame. What can I do to get navigation on this forum site?
