Window pop up

hey peeps this is prolly a noob qestioin but i have a gallery section with thumbnails in it what i want to know it there a code i can get that when people click on the thumb nail instead of opening in a big window it will only open a window the same size as the picture

Oh, forgot, the pop up window feature is also available if you use dreamwaver just go to behavior, and add >> popup window...... and blah
