Well, I used CuteHTML until my demo wore off and it wasn't really worth buying in the end, then I got PHP edit but, eh, I dunno. I still find myself at notepad. Any suggestions for applications?

TopStyle. It's the best text editor I've ever used. It was originally for CSS, but now supports xHTML, php, etc.

I would suggest using ImageReady to make yourself a nice save file. Get rid of the comments and add table height and width. Then check out the other options and choose the ones that are the best. I think my save file has all lowercase code, which is good, and alt tags for all my images. Then save it and you can use Photoshop to save your sliced images as websites. Then it isn't so bad. I think I'm going to get TopStyle, though. Thanks deker. tom |

yip as trhayes says and one thing to remember IR is not meant be code complete when you do the final Save As -- from there include all the other tag necessities required for your site i use homesite and have for some time , very easy to use and has intellisense and tag code complete cheers heathrowe |

I really like dreamweiver i think you should try using that. It does not over write any code you write so is preatty good and the quick select feture is really a time saver.
