Where were you hiking at in Colorado? Did you hit Wyoming as well? Some of those rock formations look really familiar. I-80 East of Denver, maybe?

I used to live in Fort Collins, CO. The drive north from there to Laramie, WY is breathtaking. I recommend it.

I was Just out side of Colorado Springs, in Manitou Springs. The pics came from a place called the Garden of the Gods, kind of like Red Rocks, which you might be thinking of. I didn't venture through WY this time but I've heard that the drive from Laramine to the border is beautiful.

I got a concussion at an Ozzy show at Red Rocks once... It hurt. Turns out, moshing on stairs is bad for one's health.

The stairs get you every time.

Did you ever go and hang out at Red Rocks and sit on the stage and yell at the top of your lungs?

Last I heard, the ampitheatre was under massive re-modeling. I guess it's done? I haven't been there since 1998 or so. I've seen lots and lots of shows there though.

I also went to a VW show at Bandemere speedway, which is like 2 miles north of Red Rocks.

Ya, Red Rocks is a pretty cool place. If you're ever around the Springs you should go check out the Garden of the Gods.
