That looks really good redeye... i mean for being your first one i think its great... the only thing that look kind odd is the nose and the eyes... other then that i think everything looks great..

About the nose -
I think the left site of the nose is a bit to small or something or maybe the right site is a bit to big... but it just might be the way im looking at it...

About the eyes -
Well they look good, but the bottoms of the eyes need to be more defined i think... but maybe not... or maybe add a light shade of pink or something to them to make them look not as flat.. maybe put a graident of light gray to white in the white part of the eye... with the outside being light gray... but airbrush it.. dont use the gradient tool... other then that its awesome..

Just my opinion on the image you dont really have to change anything if you dont want to... nice work either way...

I agree with fusionx RedEye but to me it is not a problem, because it gives strenght to the character. Really good, and original: perhaps one of those piece you'll be proud of later....
Congrats for this one.

You do loss a little definition under the eyes and a little on the nose but it still looks good. I don't think I would have noticed anything but it was pointed out, nice job.
