ur opinion please

Considering I'm not that good with PS, this is probably my best work so far.
Anything I should improve or do different?

Looks great to me! I like your use of "clinical", clean colors and shapes in this logo. The one thing that can be improved is the three lines of metallic/glass/chrome (?) text -- they are not very readable. The company name should be more prominent in the logo. You also need to think about how easy the logo will be to reproduce/read in different color modes and media where it will be used (fax, copy, letterhead, tp -- whereever there is a need for corporate identity ;)

I would try larger font, lighter color (notice how well your small white print reads), no italics(?). Try tying the style of the graphic in to the main font (simple shape, color), but minus the gradient(?).

This is just my opinion. I am sure the resident Photoshop gurus of this forum will give you some more specific feedback.

I agree with Dache's comments.

Colors look great, logo is nice and the sperm is a cute touch. :p

I think you might have overdone it a little with embossing and plasticy-shiny stuff on the logo. Sometimes simpler is better and easier to look at. And definitely the chrome text needs to be sharper.

What is this to be used for? Web page header? Splash? Other media? It's hard to tell at the moment what it will be used for other than concept artwork. But it looks very good.

tnx for the comments guys, so does anyone have a different idea for the chrome text. The problem is I using photoshop for about a month, so I'll probably need a tutorial or something

if i could speak latin i'd be saying something alone the lines of ix nay on the bevel-ay, but i cant, so i dont think the bevel works very well, also looks like you've ticked all the layer effect boxes :D

take a few of them out, compress whats going on a bit more, its spaced out a bit too much, looks nice though

LMAO... thats pretty much what i would have said but with not as much humor... I think the colors and stuff are good but im not that big of a beveling fan... not sure why... probably because its a really easy effect to do, but i dont know...
