besides the text being a tiny tiny bit shinier in the second (it could even be my imagination) i don't see a difference...so i guess go with number 2

I don't really like the outter glow alot I dunno, and the background seems boring... perhaps importing an actual img of a dragon and working it in ?

they looks pretty good... even though there isnt really a noticable differance between the two i would just say to use the second one...

Make it an Orch =) Number two is shiny...I like shiny stuff. Go for that one....With an Orch behind it....Or a hotdog-vendor.... :D
