um.. im not sure what it is or what its suppost to be, or what it has to do with a spoon.... but i would maybe suggest making the image larger and having the gradient fade to white before you cut it off so that the gradient doesnt just stop...

i probably should have mentioned that, it's not supposed to be anything, i just started screwin around with a blank picture and that's what i got.

ummm.....kinda looks like someone left 100 monkeys in a room with photoshop and they figured out gradients.
