Yup, not legible.

Make the text more differentiated from the background, do not use lens flares, and do not blur everything. Everybody does that...

blurred lines and a inappropriately placed lens flare is bad. extremely bad. try using stock photos first. going at it from scratch is a bit too much for a noob like yourself. also, research a bit on color usage too. cyan and red on gray looks awful. and you won't be able to tell creeper from the rest of the pic unless you know what you're looking for.
