Ahh looks good, but on your final page you will have the background color black?

looks pretty cool Abhi! I would maybe move the copyright info a few pixels so you can read it.
I really like what you did with the squares.
My other comment is what Alpha said, what are you going to do with the background?
One other thing is that the navigation text is just a slight bit blurry, which makes it kind of blend in too much with the background. A rollover effect may fix that.
