But like the4man said, drop shadows are a no-no in logos as well, be careful that your nice drawing wont lose detail at small sizes. An effective logo should work at varying sizes, from tiny to very large. And maybe tighten the space between Urban and Boyz Ent. Otherwise pretty slick
