Give me the impression of red blood cells.

I like dark nonsense images so you were good in the beginning but I can see how some might not like it. I say Bravo, tho

It looks like a table is in the pic, and an unseen patient just splattered blood all over the camera. Well that's what it looks like to me anyway. very impressive. Personally I like open wallpapers with lots of room so I think that's a bit much for me.

yeah i do think it is just too much... not enough openspace... i just thought i would use that effect on some kinda of pic ... i think it turned out allright but what you said i didnt leave enough space open for my icons and whatnot..
