well i still dont' have a site up yet, but i've been making splashes

I'd say the first one and the second one. The first one is nice and simple, yet it looks nice. I suggest a new background color for the first however; maybe that tan color. The second one looks really good though. Hard choice.
1 or 2...but leaning towards 2
