eye of madness

hey guys and gals heres a new one from me it's not much i was just messin around with different things with no point or intention and this is what happened

When me and everyone I know started photoshop we were very stoked on lens flares. However, once your skill becomes greater and your eye sharper, you will have less and less respect for plain lens flares. Lens flares can still be a great and very useful tool, but to have them be the "dramatic" point of your graphic is simply cliche anymore. I'm not trying to sound high and mighty or anything like that, please don't confuse my words. I'm just saying that if you want to use lens flares that you should try to explore more layer blending or channel uses for them. They can be cool! Just be creative with them! The graphic itself is nice. I don't like the text as much as I like the texture and movement behind it. How long have you been using photoshop? It does take quite a while to become fluent in, it's a big program. The first time I used it I want to delete it because I was lost in the maze of menus and buttons and tools and such. =) Hope this helps at all. Keep it up!

I'm sorry but I can't stand the text, I think warped text single handedly ruins the image. It's cool how the textures seem to blend and swirl together.

yea the text does ruin it and i'm sorry umm the resoning behing it is that i only had base texts because this is a new pc i didn't hace any good ones so i tried to use a plain font and spice it up however it didn't work :( lol well thanks for the advice i've been using photoshop for about a week now i think so i'm not too good sorry but i'll keep trying thanks for the help.
