grungy cd cover

Been working on this today for an hour or two ... it's basically a random CD cover (ie - its not for a band or anything)

I've always wanted to make a CD cover but just never got around to it ... and now that summer has started and school is out I'm going to try to do a lot of things I haven't had time for =)

BTW - I've only got the front part done thus far ... and it does need a few things tweaked that I am awared of.

I just simply took the text off the cd cover. I do agree with all of your posts, it was very hard (if not impossible) to read. I'll continue to work with it until I can get something grungy yet legible.

In the mean time, please just post your comments on the current design. Thanks

It looks really cool but the text is too hard to read on first glance. I know it's supposed to be grungy, but it also needs to be legible. Find a common ground there and you've got a nice commercial piece of artwork.
