the brain started working, got rid of that too-bright-for-this-grungy-forum sig and came up with this, which includes one of my fav quotes of all time

use the save for web option! Your sig is 46k... There is a 25 k sig limit on this forum...

I like the sig.

Nope, File> save for web> and fiddle around....

do the save for web thingy. in the new window, theres an arrow button on the right-hand side. click it, and select Optimize to File Size and put in 25 for the file size.
