serious suggestions only!

hey everybody i thought that the title was needed from little kiddies posting dumb**** *cough NOA cough*...Anyways this is for a website i am making at school and is worth a grade please make some positive suggestions! LINKY

well the green is because the person i am making it for likes that color...when i am done with it all i will post a link to it probably by the end of the week.....watch out for it

are you guys saying that its the best thing you have ever seen? If not please post some suggestoins so it will be .

crystal thing on the right seems to fit in for me :p

that weird volvox looking thing on the left looks funky, maybe if you expanded on that, it'll be better.

glow on the text also doesn't flow.

here my sugestion... add a little effetct (not to big just a little one) to the Art Gallery...

Ok... here's some honest and constructive criticism.

The color scheme doesn't flow all that well. If you are set on using the green, I think that the baby blue glow needs to change to match the color of the crystals. Like maybe black text with a white glow. Or white text with a black glow. But not baby blue. The baby blue would be fine if the green were gone though. Maybe just leave the text the color it is and make the glow white instead.

ART GALLERY is hard to read on that background too. Not enough contrast. Using a glow here would be *too much* glow so I think you need to go for another color. How about a shade of gray? Something that's going to more closely match the color tones of the name. Maybe you could try putting a solid bar undeneath the length of the name and nest ART GALLERY on top of it. It just needs to stand out more.

I really don't like the green in there but it sounds like you are stuck with it so you must work with it. But if you do nothing else, change the baby blue glow and things will "relate" and "flow" better and give the piece more integrity.

Just my opinion.
